Client Portal

Every customer gets a secure portal where they can self-serve without calling you.

What clients see

  • Upcoming jobs with dates, times, and crew assignments
  • Job history with completed services
  • Invoices with online payment buttons
  • Service requests — clients can request new work
  • Reviews — leave feedback on completed jobs

Sharing the portal

Each client gets a unique portal link (e.g., app.lawnager.com/portal/abc123). Share it via:

  • Email (automatically included in invoices and notifications)
  • SMS
  • Your AI-generated business website (links directly to their portal)

Client notifications

Clients receive automatic notifications for:

  • Service reminders (day before scheduled job)
  • Job completion confirmations
  • Invoice delivery
  • Payment receipts

Managing reviews

When a client leaves a review through the portal, it appears in your Reviews section. Published reviews are automatically displayed on your AI-generated business website.
